13 Years Old, Buddy

Buford turned 13 years old on June 20.  I was out of town so we didn't actually celebrate his birthday until July 4 though.  Lauren has always been my helper to decorate the dogs birthday cakes (made with cornbread mix, chicken livers, and cream cheese icing) and this year she had a great idea to use a hot dog - topped with some bacon sprinkles of course! The cake was a hit as usual and I'm glad I took a video of us all singing to him :-)
