Snow Zoomies

From the beach right into the snow, Macy and Buford had quite an eventful week. You'll never convince these two that greyhounds aren't supposed to like the snow - they loved it!!! I took so many pictures (as usual) and it's hard to pick just a few. Check out the real action in the videos too!

These faces say it all!

Buford says weeee....this is so much fun!

In true Macy fashion, she waited until Buford ran his little heart out and was too tired to move, then she tried to get him...he stuck his tongue out and said ha, this is what I think of you (he just wasn't brave enough to say it to her face)!

Macy said forget you then, I'll just play on my own!

After all of the excitement and zoom-zoom-zooming in the snow, Buford decided this was a nice way to cool down. He says Mmmmmm....this stuff tastes good....it reminds me of ice cream!

And this is just too stinkin' cute! How adorable is she?!!

And now for the videos. The first one is not overly exciting except for the fact that it was their first time seeing the white stuff and there will never be another moment of their first snow so I'm glad we captured it!!! The second one is where you can really see just how much they loved zooming around the yard in the snow - especially Buford! I love the sheer happiness and excitement in their faces! What joy they bring into our lives :)

Nice action pics. I love it when you can their gums flapping from running so fast. My guys think it is like cold sand, and it sends them into a frenzy. I guess Macy doesn't mind having a cold rump. Stanley managed to clear off a good portion of our deck just eating the snow, then decided he was tired and laid down on it. What a dink.
